XGame ("XGame", "we", "us", or "our") operates the XGame website, games portal, and asset market (together, the "Service"). 4. Wallet & Blockchain Data

XGame is built around public blockchains. When you connect a wallet or trade on the asset market, we process your wallet address and the on-chain activity associated with it, such as listings, bids, purchases, and transfers. Please note that transactions recorded on a public blockchain are, by design, public and permanent: we cannot edit or delete information written to the chain, and anyone can associate on-chain activity with your wallet address.

II. Use of Data

XGame uses the collected data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Create and manage your account, and settle trades you initiate
  • Notify you about changes to the Service and your activity in it
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests
  • Monitor usage, diagnose problems, and improve the Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, and technical or security issues
  • Meet our legal obligations

III. Transfer of Data

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, or country, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and wallet keys safe; XGame will never ask you for your seed phrase or private keys.

VI. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service — for example hosting, analytics, and customer-support tooling. These providers have access to your data only to perform those tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

VII. Links to Other Sites

The Service links out to sites we do not operate — including the games, studios, and social channels featured on XGame. If you follow a third-party link, you will be directed to that party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit; we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content or practices.

VIII. Children's Privacy

The Service is not addressed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us — if we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child without verified parental consent, we will remove it from our servers.

IX. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page; for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice in the Service. Changes are effective when they are posted.
